Casa Cerralba is an authentic place, furnished with quality and elegance that does justice to the region and its traditions.
On the outskirts of Cerralba, the 114qm property has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, plus a bathroom for up to 6 guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area, dishwasher, and moka and filter coffee machines; the living room has an open fire.
Air conditioning serves the kitchen, living room, and 2 of the 3 bedrooms; the twin room has a fan. Amenities include central heating, Wi-Fi, TV with DVD player, washing machine, iron, workspace, bed linen, towels, homemade olive oil, and step-free access.
A high chair, shared toys and books, and a baby crib are available. Outside, you have a private covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The garden with lemon and mulberry trees, pool, shaded carport, and part of the courtyard are shared with the owners, and you choose how much privacy you prefer.
The natural swimming pool has no chlorine or other chemicals, may show slight algae growth on the bottom or walls, and stays at a maximum of 25 degrees Celsius in summer.
The owners do not use it while guests are around. There is a shared garage space, street parking, and electric car charging at 2kW. Kids can use 5 bicycles in the garden free of charge.
Events are not allowed.
A camera is in place at the gate and carport. White towels are for indoor use only and are washed by the host once per week; please do not wash them yourself.
Please do not move furniture or change the decoration without asking the host.
