Beautiful 120 m2 apartment in a large property with parking and private outdoor space to enjoy the sun. Appartement des Joncs in La Tranche-sur-Mer welcomes up to 6 guests. On the first floor of a residential house with independent entrance, this beautiful apartment consists of a veranda, a living room with TV, Wii and internet, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (160 cm bed) and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, and a separate toilet.

A dedicated workspace is also available. Pets are allowed under certain conditions; contact us. The space Dogs are allowed for an extra fee. There is an old Labrador dog on the property, so "guest" dogs must be friendly and sociable with their peers. The accommodation has been prepared with care.

We thank you for respecting the premises. Bed and bath linens are not included, but these services are available as options: - Cleaning: available for an extra fee - Linen kit: available for an extra fee per person 30% discount on linen if you choose both options. Even if you choose the cleaning option, you should still follow a few rules: - Leave the house tidy - Wash, wipe, and tidy dishes (the dishwasher must be empty) - Degrease and clean the cooktop and the plancha - Take out garbage and other waste Shared parking. Other things to note We ask that you not subscribe to Internet options (Prime, Netflix, video on demand). In the event of non-compliance, we will charge you double the subscription price. Parties are strictly forbidden. Only household garbage should be disposed of in the garbage cans and put out for collection twice a week.

Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastic, etc.) must be deposited in the commune's recycling bins.
