Enjoy time with family or friends in this superb, newly built, fully equipped property: accessible bedroom, bathroom and toilet, large pool with pool house (pizza oven, barbecue), gym and pétanque court with boules.
South-facing on the slopes of Haut du Tôt, it is 15 minutes from Gérardmer and La Bresse and 10 minutes from Remiremont.
Private river access.
Motorcycle groups can shelter their bikes in a very large, enclosed garage. The accommodation Newly built accommodation with 1 accessible ground-floor bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet. 3 more spacious bedrooms upstairs. Large wooden terrace with a plancha grill. Free access to the large pool, heated from May to October, the pool house with pizza oven and barbecue, and its gym (shower and toilet), with a mezzanine for children's naps.
Private access to the Lémont stream: waterfalls and natural pools, trout fishing for the lucky ones and refreshing swims on hot summer days. South-facing cottage on the slopes of Haut du Tôt: numerous hiking and mountain biking trails.
Paragliding at Chèvreroche. Other things to note I live in the adjoining accommodation, so I will be available for information or assistance.
With my in-depth knowledge of the Vosges mountains, I can offer helpful advice on mountain biking routes. Groups of 12 can be accommodated with the owner's approval.
