Dopo aver ricevuto minaccia di denuncia, abbiamo dovuto pagare la sostituzione della lavatrice che si è rotta al primo utilizzo (naturalmente non per colpa nostra). Inoltre il prezzo pagato per la sostituzione era nettamente superiore al valore di mercato dell'elettrodomestico danneggiato..
