The "Blaue Haus" is a charming, listed and lovingly renovated building in Swiss house style dating from 1908.
It is situated in a sunny, central location, close to the historic centre of Partenkirchen in the well-known holiday resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and close to many great hiking trails, cable cars and ski areas. Modern living in listed architecture - the ideal setting for a successful holiday in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The light-flooded holiday flat is located on the top floor and offers a magnificent view of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze peaks.
It has been rated 4 stars by the German Tourism Association. It has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a hallway with dining area, 3 bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower and offers space for up to 5 people. The flat has 2 balconies, from the kitchen balcony you have a view of the Garmisch-Partenkirchen ski jump.
Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a storage room for skis or bikes. There is a shared garden which you are welcome to use.
A small beer garden and a bus stop are right next to the house.
The nearest supermarket and a bakery are 350 m and a 4-minute walk away respectively.
It is a 20-minute walk (1.6 km) to the train station and the Olympic facilities, and a 25-minute walk (2 km) to the city centre will take you to many shops, restaurants and the city's charming architecture.
The nearest cable car is 8 minutes (3.4 km) away, and after 12 km or 21 minutes by car you can reach the Zugspitzbahn, where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Alps. A garage for parking is available at the accommodation. Smoking is prohibited in the holiday home. A washing machine and a dryer can be used in the cellar. A baby cot and a children's high chair are available for the little ones. Bringing pets is allowed by arrangement.

Schöne Aussicht und zentrale Lage. Informationsaustausch mit Vermietern top. Wurde im Vorfeld alles geregelt.
Leider der Straßenlärm etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber zum Aushalten.
