The 65 m² holiday home extends across 2 floors and consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one newly renovated bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and satellite television, while a baby cot and a highchair can be provided on request.
The second bedroom is accessible via the first bedroom.

The lovely outdoor area boasts a covered terrace with seating furniture for you to start the day with breakfast or to spend the evenings with tasty dinners from the barbecue, while the sunny garden is shared.

You can discover the tidal flats as well as the extensive salt plains during a relaxing walk along the water as the sea is only 4 minutes on foot (300m) away.
The nearest supermarket is a 6-minute drive (4.8 km) away, and you can find restaurants and cafés along the beach “Badestrand Friedrichskoog” after an 11-minute walk (950 m).
The quaint town of Heide, where you will find many shops, cafés and restaurants along the charming streets, is located a 45-minute drive (42 km) north of the property, and the closest international airport in Hamburg is 110 km or a 90-minute drive away.

Die Treppe zum oberen Etage. Ein zweites Geländer wäre angebracht. Für ältere Leute kaum möglich, Koffer hochzutragen. Um in das zweite Schlafzimmer zu kommen, musste man durch das erste gehen. Zudem waren viele Gegenstände sehr hoch angebracht und kaum oder gar nicht erreichbar.
