Watch local wildlife like hares, rabbits, pheasants, and sometimes even a hedgehog.
Birdwatchers will love the proximity to the protected bird sanctuary.
The house sits at the edge of a peaceful holiday community, right by the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea—just 200 m to the dike and 500 m to the bathing beach.
The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive (4.3 km).
A playground with a beach volleyball court is 1 km away, easily reached with a stroll along the dike.
