Fully renovated house with a private garden, set in the countryside on a 10-hectare organic farm growing cereals and vegetables.
The house has 3 bedrooms with 2, 3 and 4 beds respectively, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. It sleeps up to 11 people. Enjoy a pool shared with two other holiday cottages and a studio, open from early April to late October, weather permitting.
It is accessible 24/7! You can also enjoy children's play equipment and games (table tennis, trampoline, slide, swing, etc.) and a large barbecue. For fishing or swimming, the Hérault River is 500 m away.
Lake Salagou, 10 km away, offers wonderful hiking and mountain biking trails, plus water sports (swimming, sailing, windsurfing, etc.). The beach and all its activities are 40 km away. The house is 9 km from Clermont-l'Hérault, 13 km from Pézenas, 40 km from Béziers and 45 km from Montpellier. Bed linen is not provided — you can bring your own or hire it on request for an extra fee. Please feel free to contact the host through the booking platform for more information.
