The 80 m² property features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a master bedroom with private shower room on the ground floor.
There is also a second shower room with toilet upstairs. Three bedrooms with double beds accommodate up to 6 guests, plus a baby cot for families.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, fan, and washing machine.
A private gym and fitness equipment are available in the basement. Enjoy a private outdoor pool, garden, several terraces and balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Please note, the pool is closed from October 15 to May 15 unless weather permits.

Het zwembad was zeker een pluspunt + volledige privacy
Veel muggen. Bij gebrek aan airco zouden muggen of vliegenhorren zeer nuttig zijn.
Beter uitgeruste keuken is nodig.
Slaapplaats voor 6 personen maar slechts 1 tweezit zetel! Buitenkeuken onbruikbaar (BBQ is volledig versleten , spoelbak is onbruikbaar want het water loopt op de grond omwille van slechte aansluiting. Afvoeren badkamer ontstoppen (geurhinder en water loopt slecht weg)
