Beautiful artisan-built house from 2001, renovated in 2018, offering a welcoming and bright space.
As you enter, you’ll find a spacious 40 m² cathedral-style living room with fireplace, TV, internet, and air conditioning.
The 16 m² kitchen is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, range cooker (5 gas burners and electric oven), kettle, coffee maker, citrus press, blender, and electric mixer.
Enjoy a foosball table for your leisure time. The 22 m² master suite features a 160x200 bed and a private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink). A hallway leads to a separate toilet, a large bathroom with bathtub and double sink, and three bedrooms (18 to 20 m²) with twin beds 80x200, a 140x200 bed, and a 160x200 bed. Relax on the large south-facing terrace with awning and dining area, a furnished covered terrace, and a garden.
Parking for 3 to 4 cars at the front.
Barbecue available.
Infinity pool (4x11 m) with tiled deck and outdoor shower.
Washing machine available. Please note: the decorative railing is openwork and not suitable for young children.
The pool is protected by an alarm meeting legal requirements, but is not fenced (see photos). Flassans-sur-Issole, a charming medieval village accessible from the DN7, is ideally located among the Var vineyards.
Perfect for exploring the area: adventure park, Verdon gorges, vineyards, typical villages, and beaches 40 km away (Toulon, St-Tropez). The village has a supermarket, bakery-pastry shop, and artisan butcher. Bed linen and towels available on request and included for stays of 2 consecutive weeks or more.
Cleaning is included, but we ask you to leave the house tidy, with bins emptied and dishwasher cleared.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, mede dankzij dit mooie, schone huis. Een huis op een mooie ligging. Vanaf het terras genoten we elke dag weer van het mooie uitzicht. We hebben super genoten van het heerlijke en schone zwembad. Ook in het huis is aan alles gedacht: meer dan genoeg bestek, glazen, borden , pannen enzovoort.

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Het ruime huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook hebben we heel veel uurtjes doorgebracht in het grote en zeer schone zwembad.

Très bien! Un très bon WE. Logement spacieux et confortable ; jardin et piscine un véritable plus. Situé dans un lieu calme et à moins de 10 mns de toutes commodités.
L'annonce est parfaitement conforme à ce que vous trouverez à votre arrivée.
Pour la caution aucune inquiétude à avoir, elle vous est bien restituée le jour de votre départ si tout est nickel !! A recommander sans hésiter
