Looking for a beautiful contemporary villa with magnificent mountain and sea views?
You've found it: Casa Maya.
This wonderfully tranquil, detached villa sleeps 5. It features a private pool, air conditioning, several terraces and a tropical garden.
There's also a private parking space.
Casa Maya is ideal for quiet vacations.
Thanks to its central location in the region, you can quickly reach major seaside resorts such as Dénia, Jávea and Benidorm and their beaches.
The Jalón and Orba valleys are also within easy reach. Terrace and balcony The villa has two floors and is accessed via a staircase.
The second floor has a living and dining room with a large terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or evening meal while taking in the fantastic views, of which one never tires.
Glass doors lead out onto the balcony. Living room with amenities The living room features air conditioning that can be used as a source of heat.
From the pretty, relaxing sofa, you can enjoy Smart TV with all Dutch channels and various German, French, English and Spanish channels.
There's a stable Internet connection via fiber optics.
In winter, the electric fireplace creates a warm and cosy atmosphere.
All rooms can be heated with infrared heaters.

Was mooi in orde, mooi proper goed onderhouden zwembad! alle voorzieningen aanwezig, dicht bij leuke locaties maar toch in een rustige urbanisatie!
ook het ontvangst van Peter (aangename hulpzame persoon). behulpzaam en alle informatie hebben we van hem gekregen.
dat we aant aftellen waren om naar huis te moeten gaan, we hadden liever langer gebleven!

El aire del salón no lo pudimos utilizar porque no funcionaba y no pudimos utilizar esa estancia porque hacía mucho calor. La casa no estaba limpia. El toldo del patio estaba roto y por las tardes no se podía estar del calor.
