The beautiful sandy beach is only 70 m away and the Duhner town center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The apartment "Litfaß 12" offers space for up to 4 people and is furnished to a high standard and very comfortably.

You will find a spacious living and dining area with a modern and well-equipped fitted kitchen and satellite TV, a study with desk, two bedrooms (each with double bed 180 cm x 200 cm, one with satellite TV), two barrier-free bathrooms with shower, WC, washbasin and towel warmer.

The apartment has two furnished balconies facing south and west. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a ventilation system that regulates the supply and exhaust air.
