Located in La Seguinière, this spacious 130 m² holiday home comfortably sleeps up to 12. Downstairs are a TV lounge/dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a toilet.
Upstairs, 6 bedrooms await with beds made. The ‘Suite’, with a 160x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room, and ‘Plage’ and ‘Dorée’, each with a 140x190 cm bed, open onto the mezzanine reading area.
A large shower room and toilet complete this area.
Two steps lead to 3 more bedrooms and a shower room: ‘Blanche’ and ‘Bleue’, each with a 140x190 cm bed, and ‘Côté jardin’, with 2 single beds (190x90 cm and 170x90 cm). Shampoo and shower gel are provided.
A travel cot is available for little ones. Outside, enjoy a garden with three areas: a dining/drinks area with a large table and lounge seating beneath an electric awning, a shaded relaxation area with seating, and a play area with a table tennis table and five sun loungers for resting after a game.
A pergola, parasol and barbecue complete the outdoor facilities. Two on-street parking spaces are available.
One pet is welcome, but parties are not allowed.
A roll-down screen can secure the garden for children's safety. The house is 25 minutes from Puy du Fou theme park, an hour from the beaches of Les Sables d’Olonne and close to factory outlet shops. English is spoken for international guests. We look forward to welcoming you.
