⇒ On the ground floor: heated indoor pool (4 x 3 m) and indoor spa for 6, shower and WC, laundry room with washer and dryer, spacious living area with table football opening onto an unheated veranda, equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob), lounge with wood stove, two sofas (one is a 140x190 cm sofa bed), flat-screen TV, WiFi, one bedroom with 140x190 cm bed and a crib, bathroom, and separate WC.
⇒ Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 with 140x190 cm beds, 1 with two 90x190 cm bunk beds), bathroom, and separate WC.

Agréable surprise dans le bocage vendéen, l'accueil des plus chaleureux avec en cadeau des produits locaux et une confiture maison encore merci. Le gîte est très bien équipé rarement vus ça, propre ,bien situé pour les balades au bord de la belle rivière de l'YON (magnifique pour la pêche aux carnas...
