A little slice of paradise: this picturesque cottage, nestled in the mountains at 1,200 m, is accessible by car (winter equipment required). Just 5 minutes from a hamlet with local shops and services (bakery, convenience store, bar/tobacconist, pizzeria, restaurants, hairdresser, post office, doctor, pharmacy, petrol station), 10 minutes from Vic-sur-Cère (water park, supermarket, all shops) and 15 minutes from Le Lioran ski resort.

The 70 m² house has a living room with a stone fireplace, wood-burning stove, large farmhouse table, open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine in one bedroom (ladder access), bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, raclette and fondue sets), and washing machine.
Cot and high chair on request.
Wi-Fi available in the cottage.
Outside: ski/bike/snowshoe storage, sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue, play areas, uncovered terrace and on-site parking.
Electric heating and wood-burning stove. One pet allowed.

Que demander de plus qu un Noël enneigé avec un superbe soleil et ciel bleu ! Site remarquable où se côtoient biches, cerfs, mouflons, milan royal... (Nous avons eu la chance de tous les voir). Dépaysement total sans vis à vis, sans être trop éloigné du village voisin. Hélène, la propriétaire est d une extrême gentillesse et très arrangeante. Je recommande vivement.

Pour les amoureux de nature et de grands espaces, le gîte, grand et bien équipé, est isolé et situé en pleine campagne, avec une vue splendide sur les monts environnants et la cascade du Faillitoux. Commerces à proximité (10 à 15 minutes), balades et randonnées multiples dans la région.
Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour et la région est superbe ! Merci !
