Our newly built, air-conditioned apartment offers a lovingly designed, bright space on the outskirts of Dresden with two free parking spaces—perfect for city explorers and nature lovers.
The living and kitchen area features a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a desk, and a dining table for four.
A TV provides entertainment even on rainy days.
Wi-Fi is available.
The modern kitchen includes an induction stove, microwave, eye-level oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and fridge with freezer compartment. The bedroom faces the quiet north side.
A dressing table with hairdryer complements the compact bathroom.
A supermarket and the final stop of tram line 8 are just 200 meters away.
The ride to the city center takes about 20 minutes.
You can reach the apartment from the Hellerau highway exit in about 5 minutes by car, and from the airport in around 10 minutes. Our 55 sqm apartment for 2 to 4 guests is the perfect base to discover Dresden and the surrounding area. A warm welcome!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten sind super bequem, sogar auf der ausziehbaren Couch konnten wir zu zweit sehr gut schlafen. Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür weg, die Tram ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation...
Der Flughafen ist ziemlich nah an der Wohnung. Man darf sich nicht daran stören, dass ab und zu ein Flugzeug dicht über die Häuser fliegt. Der Flugverkehr hält sich aber in Grenzen.
