Located in St Jacques in the municipality of Sarzeau, 600 m from the beach via a footpath, this new 60 m² cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 modest-sized bedrooms, including 1 on a mezzanine under a sloping ceiling, with 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.
A fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals during your stay.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV and a private barbecue for outdoor cooking.
Families with children will appreciate the cot and high chair provided. Enjoy the covered terrace, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors, along with the barbecue area and private garden. Two shared parking spaces are available on site for added convenience. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an additional fee. Cleaning is your responsibility, or a cleaning service can be arranged for a flat fee. For your convenience, cleaning products, tea towels and cooking condiments are provided.

Well equipped kitchen, huge terrace doors letting the "outside in" area, good bathroom, shed for bikes and outdoor shower!
We were lucky as the weather was good so we were outside most of the time, however if it had rained the "lounge area" is not big enough for even 2 people. It's a shame as we loved the house but I would hesitate booking again because of this reason and would absolutely not reserve it for more than 3 adults.
