Lakeside Retreat Villa is a secret escape for groups who want space, luxury, and nature without giving up the city. Set in a quiet pine forest beside 11 lakes, with a beach 250 metres from the door and Berlin just 40 minutes away, this rare find doesn't make you choose between the two. The villa sleeps up to 11 guests across three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and a gallery with three single beds.
Granite floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, and a wood-burning fireplace create a warm atmosphere.

The wellness bathroom has a rain shower, freestanding bathtub, and bidet. Outside, enjoy a large fenced garden with two private terraces, dining and lounge areas, and a charcoal barbecue.
A third terrace belongs to the annex next door and can be used if it is unoccupied.
Three options: book the annex too, for up to 14 guests with extra beds and baths; add it on request for an extra fee, for up to 11 guests; or keep it vacant for exclusive use of the grounds. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, coffee and drinks stations, and multiple seating options.
Amenities include a washer, dryer, and high-speed WiFi.
A baby cot and highchair are available on request.
Parking is available for up to four cars, one in the garage.
Beach towels, bed linen, towels, and toiletries are included. Please note: the villa is a private retreat in a residential neighbourhood.

The main issue was that the house rules are not on the website and I wanted to make sure it is okay to invite more guests during the day. Holidu told me it was no problem. I booked the house with that information. Turned out the house rules are super strict and I could only have 11 people in total there. This you should know before booking!!
