A stylish apartment within a private villa between Berlin and Tropical Islands, just 40 minutes from the city and between the A10 and A13 motorways.
Enjoy a private entrance, private parking right at your door and your own terrace, with pine forests and 11 lakes on your doorstep and a sandy beach only 250 meters away. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped for couples or small families: one bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and TV with streaming services; a bright living room; a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, double hob, and a coffee station; and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Step through the patio door onto your private terrace and into the shared garden—a tranquil outdoor space with a plancha grill, perfect for outdoor meals at any time of day in total peace.
Especially during the week, the silence is unique—the forest reveals its full magic once the weekend guests have left.
Beach towels and bed linen are included.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
Private parking is located right at the apartment entrance. Please note: The apartment is a private retreat in a residential area.
Events, parties, and gatherings beyond the registered number of guests are not permitted. Whether you come for the lakes, the park, or simply to escape the city—one night here is never enough.

Insgesamt sehr ruhig gelegen.
