The bus stop (Sophienweg, line 4) is just about 250 meters away. A parking space for your car and a secure area for bicycles (with e-bike charging station) are available.
Dogs are welcome on request.
Cats and other pets are not allowed. The apartment includes a hallway, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 meters wide) and a sofa bed, and a living room with an integrated kitchen and dining area.
There is a TV in both the living room and bedroom, as well as free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction stove and a refrigerator.
The inviting covered terrace is perfect for relaxing.
Towels and bed linen are included.

Sehr gemütlich und sauber. Schöne Terrasse zum Draußen essen. Für Selbstversorger ideal ( nur leider kein Backofen- dafür Mikrowelle).Auch für Kinder geeignet. Das Etagenbett steht sicher und fest. Schöner Vorgarten. Einkaufen und Stadtspaziergänge alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Wir konnten das Auto stehen lassen und die vier Tage nur mit dem Rad unterwegs sein. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich!Alles ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, es gibt ein tolles Bad und die Terrasse richtig schön! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!Vielen lieben Dank nochmal aus Berlin
