Located on the first floor of the Les Balcons de St So residence, in the heart of the Sybelles ski area, this 24 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and offers panoramic mountain views from its southeast-facing balcony.
You are just 150 m from the slopes, close to shops and the resort center.
There is a ski equipment rental shop on site. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, and separate toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine.
TV and free Wi-Fi are available. You also have access to a private parking space, a ski storage room, and a laundry area available for an extra fee. Please note: Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Cleaning must be done by guests.
A security deposit and a cleaning deposit will be requested upon arrival.
Electricity, including heating, will be charged at the end of your stay based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.
